Timely Board Responses Help Keep the Community Moving Forward

The Eques HOA team would like to extend our appreciation to Board members for their time, effort, and dedication in serving their communities. As volunteers, Board members devote valuable personal time to reviewing and addressing Association matters, and that commitment is truly appreciated.

As a friendly reminder, timely responses to vote requests from management or the Association’s attorney help keep community business moving forward smoothly and efficiently. Many items requiring Board input involve homeowner requests, payment plans, vendor approvals, legal matters, maintenance projects, or other time-sensitive issues. Delayed Board responses inhibit progress in these matters; for example, many stages of the collections process require unanimous Board votes, without which the collections process can be halted, impeding the Association's ability to recover funds.

When responses are received promptly, management and legal counsel are better able to communicate with homeowners, meet important deadlines, and continue moving projects and community matters forward without unnecessary delays.

Even brief responses or acknowledgments can be extremely helpful in allowing matters to proceed efficiently while ensuring homeowners receive timely updates and decisions.
