Brittany Munn
Brittany Munn is an Associate Attorney at EQUES Law Group who believes the strongest legal representation begins with understanding the people behind each case. Her background in social work fostered a passion for advocacy and service, while competing as a nationally competitive gymnast taught her resilience, discipline, and the value of preparation. Today, Brittany combines those experiences to provide thoughtful, client-centered legal representation with individuals and businesses.
Biography
Brittany received her Juris Doctor from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law, graduating as Public Service Fellow with Dean’s Highest Honors for completing over 1,300 hours of volunteer legal service. A double Buckeye, Brittany graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Social Work from The Ohio State University and was a member of the Varsity Women’s Gymnastics Team. The discipline, resilience, and teamwork she developed through athletics continue to shape the way she serves her clients today.
Known for her approachable style and commitment to client communication, Brittany believes effective legal representation means not only resolving today’s challenges but also helping clients make informed decisions for the future.
Experience
Brittany is admitted to practice law in Indiana and before the United States District Court for the Southern District of Indiana. She has been part of the Columbus legal community since 2018, developing a passion for advocating for individuals and businesses while helping clients navigate complex legal issues with confidence.
Before joining EQUES Law Group, Brittany gained valuable judicial experience working with the Honorable Edmund A. Sargus, Jr. of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio and the Honorable Sheryl K. Munson of the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas. She later practiced at a law firm concentrating on consumer protection, construction, real estate, and business litigation, representing clients in matters ranging from consumer claims and contractor disputes to business litigation and property-related conflicts.
