Biography
Siphokazi Lali (“Sippie”), originally from Cape Town, South Africa, moved to the United States at age six, eventually growing up in Northwest Ohio. A graduate of St. Wendelin High School, Sippie holds a Bachelor of Arts in English with a Spanish minor from Wright State University. She went on to earn two master's degrees: a Master of Education from Wright State University and a Master of Arts in English from The University of Texas at Tyler. She then earned her Juris Doctor from the Ohio Northern University Pettit College of Law.
Before starting her legal career, Sippie spent seven years as a dedicated English teacher with experience spanning Las Vegas, Nevada, and several communities in Ohio.
Sippie is proud to serve her community, empowering its members with the knowledge they need to make informed, impactful decisions for themselves, their families, and their futures.
Experience
Sippie sharpened her legal expertise at the Ohio Northern University Legal Clinic in Lima, where she represented clients on civil matters such as Domestic Relations, Probate, and Child Custody. She then moved to the Corporate Sector and had an accomplished legal career at J.P. Morgan Chase Bank prior to joining the team at Eques Law Group.
