Biography
Service has always been a large part of Zacary’s life. For the longest time, he shaped his life by giving back to the public through community service. Now, Zacary plans to serve the community by providing legal services through EQUES®.
Zacary was born and raised in Lancaster, Ohio. He attended college at the Ohio State University Newark, receiving a Bachelor’s degree in English. While at OSU Newark, Zacary was a LeFevre fellow for three years and participated in many community service projects across Licking County. After completing his undergraduate degree, Zacary attended Capital University Law School. Zacary graduated Summa Cum Laude from Capital in 2022.
Zacary works out of the EQUES’s Newark office. He hopes to use this return to Licking county as a chance to resume community service projects in the area. Outside of work, Zacary enjoys reading and creative writing.
Experience
Zacary was admitted to practice Law in Ohio in November 2022. He currently serves as an Associate Attorney. While in Law School, Zacary served as a mediator for both the Franklin County Municipal Court and the Franklin County Prosecutor's office. This experience has taught Zacary to approach his cases from a resolution-oriented mindset, identifying efficient solutions that serve all parties.
Practice Areas
Life Planning: From basic wills to customized plans, Zacary assists clients in finding cost-effective solutions to planning for some of life's toughest questions.
Estates and Guardianships: Zacary works with empathy and care to guide clients through the complicated legal processes related to the Probate Court. When a love one passes, Zacary can assist with making sure that that loves one's wishes are respected while helping to navigate the duties that come with managing an Estate. Similarly, when a loved one can no longer care for themselves, Zacary can assist with having a Guardian appointed and can guide those with existing Guardianships.
Trust Administration: When a Trustee needs guidance on how to run or close out a Trust, Zacary can help offer guidance. Whether it be accountings, distributions, real property transfers, or a more unique issue, Zacary and his team can draft and file exactly what a Trustee needs.
